Should I hire a remote worker full or part-time?

Full-time is the way to go!

Ideally you’d be able to hire someone full-time to get the additional loyalty and focus benefits that come from having a remote worker dedicated to your business for 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday (or whatever days/hours the two of you agree on).

However, we understand you might only have part-time jobs available based on your company’s current needs or because you want to learn more about how to work with remote workers before committing to a full-time contract.

So we let you filter remote workers based on full and part-time availability, and you can specify whether you’re offering a full or part-time position when you post jobs with us.
